Elicitation of personal data:

Henssgen International B.V. keeps in terms of your personal data to the legal regulations (private policy). Private and personal data would only be elicitated if it necessary. You can always visit our website without any elicitation of personal data. In this privacy policy we declare which data is eliciated via www.henssgen.eu and how we use them. Personal data will be only elicitated if they are needed for the use of the complete service of this website, like inquiries and orders and the contact template. Processing orders:

If you place an order online with us, we will only use your details to properly execute the order. We only pass your data to delivery services and other service providers to deliver the goods. For this we use the VAT Number (Value Added Tax Identification number), name, addresses, contact person and e-mail address of your company. We are legally obliged to store your details for an order seven years (statutory retention period).

Disclosure of private data:

Henssgen International B.V. do not disclose your personal data to third parties, unless it is needed to complete the business transactions (e.g. logistics companies). For this the transmitted data will be kept to an minimum. But so far Henssgen International b.v. will be effected by law or by adjudication, Henssgen have to transmit personal data only to the authorized government institutions and public authorities.

Newsletter:

If you would like to receive our electronic newsletter, we require a valid e-mail address and the information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter . Further data will not be stored. You can cancel the consent to the storage of the data, the stated e-mail address for the usage for the delivery at any time. Each email contains a link to unsubscribe the newsletter.
